HELP - Baby chick can't walk

We just hatched a full incubator of chicks. This one little guy is having a hard time. I looked at the splay foot and it doesn't seem to have that issue, but I tried to bandaid anyways. He just lays on his belly and his feet go over his wings. Everytime he tries to move he just pulls himself across the incubator floor. He is very lively, chriping and giving it all he has. I'm not sure what else we can do for the little one, but I feel terrible for him !!! ANY advice would help at this point !!

How long has he been hatched? Maybe he just needs a little more time to regain his strength. Congrats on the hatch!!

I hate seeing the poor little guy like this .... He hatched early this morning and in Nova Scotia it is 11:00pm ... so I figured it would be enough time for him to get his bearings ??
