HELP?? Baby chick wont stop chirping!

5 of my newly hatched silkies arrived last friday and theres this one guy thats smaller than the rest and wont stop chirping. he eats well, the brooder's warm enough i cleaned up her pasty butt and i've been trying to handle and snuggle her but nothing seems to work! everyone else is fine but her what do i do??

She probably is still in distress from the pasty butt. I had the same thing with my littlest barre rock. Is it reoccurring or is she pooping normally yet?
