Help, baby chicken bends its head to it's back!

You can use vitamins made for human use.

It will likely get worse without treatment, to the point where he cannot walk or eat/drink.

Selenium is in tuna and eggs. You can feed him a tiny bit of those along with vitamin E and B complex. I chose liquid vitamins to make it easy, just add a little to his food.
I see,
If I'm giving him eggs, is it the egg white or the yolk?
Do I boil it?
Do I drop it in the water or on the food? I don't know what format I should do?

I believe it's mainly in the yolk. So you can hardboil an egg then just feed some yolk, or I think I just scrambled an egg yolk with very little oil and fed it that way.

For feed since I usually ferment I simply put a little yolk and the vitamins into the feed. If you feed dry, put some feed in a small bowl (like a cat food dish size) mix a little water into it to make an oatmeal like consistency, then add in the cooked yolk and vitamins.
