Help, baby chicks feet seem backwards

Any advice would be helpful. Baby chick hatched on day 25, this morning at 10:30. She pipped at the wrong end and there was blood on her shell when she unzipped. She was able to get free on her own, but there was a clear membrane around her feet and bum holding her bound. After a few hours I took a warm sponge and freed her from the “shrink wrap”. But she has yet to stand. I was trying to wait for her to fluff up before getting a good look, but hours passed and she just lay there. So finally to took her out and flipped her over to get a better look, and her legs seem so twisted they look backwards. I’ll try to post a photo. Please and help would be appreciated!!

I just saw your post from yesterday. That does look really strange. The feet do look sort of backwards. How is your little chick today?

Poor thing is the same. She can’t sit or stand up. She just lays on her stomach. I’m not sure I can even try to brace her feet... they are so twisted it’s near impossible to manually straighten to even put a brace on them... heartbroken.

Can you put her in a sling? Maybe that way she can apply a little weight to her legs
