Help baby chicks hatching without yolk sac also rooster behavior

It’s my second chick to hatch out like this. The yolk was kind of stuck to the egg when they hatched(both late Hatcher’s.) I put flour on both of their butts to prevent them from bleeding hopefully. Do I need to be cautious about this or should it heal? They’re currently under mama hen right now. Also my rooster keeps mating with my broody with the babies under her should I be worried about that or is that normal behavior? I’ve just been dealing with an odd and strange staggered hatch so I’m super nervous about these chicks. My first broody apparently kept laying eggs for about maybe a week after sitting consistently(she stopped laying so I figured I’d give her more eggs to hatch.)thank you so much for the help!!!

The only thing I'll address is that rooster. Lock him up or get rid of him. That is not normal behavior and endangers the chicks. That rooster would not stay with my flock very long at all.

As long as the belly isnt being pecked at it should be fine. Try to keep it clean(clean bedding)

So I’ve learned he only does it when I have the door open(i guess he’s showing that it’s his girl and babies?) Otherwise he’s very very careful with the babies running around and will freeze to make sure he doesn’t step on them. He’s now checking before the quickie. (First time parents these two.)

that makes me feel a lot better. I’ve never seen it happen before naturally so I was really worried about their insides falling out and bleeding. I’ve been reading the forums on it and they didn’t sound great.

Tucked under mom with a two day old sibling. Thank god for silkie hens that will take any babies they can get.
