Help BABY Ducks

I have a question about my duck eggs I was trying to hatch.
What would make the eggs not hatch? They were developed and yet they did not hatch? I gave them WAY over there time frame to hatch out. And still nothing.
They didn't even pip through the shell.
The humidity and temp stayed consistent throughout the entire incubation time.

I'm so sad my duckies didn't hatch :-(
