Help! Baby goose has flystrike!

We really need pictures to gauge what should be done. If you cover your chook’s head with a shirt or something, it should calm down enough to grab a photo.
 
Make sure that you have all the eggs, and the tiny maggots can be harder to see. Pictures!
Where is she affected? It's true that removing dead tissue is a good idea, but you can get in big trouble cutting into the wrong thing! I don't know enough about geese, as far as what meds you can and can't use on them.
Why did she have maggots? There's a problem here that needs to be addressed too.
Can you take her to a veterinarian?
