My baby Muscovy had a little irratated spot on her neck last night. We thought it was from her little water dish so we swapped it out. Well today it seema to be getting worse! I put Neosporin on it. What do you guys think? Thanks in advance! Ami

She is actually all alone. I dont see anything she could be rubbing on just maybe her own nibbling.

With where that is located, she couldn't reach that to nibble on herself... is there wire mesh in her brooder? A hole she could stick her head through? Got pics of her brooder? Maybe we might see something missed...

Looks just like a little Call I had who got its front end stuck in a hole of a plastic basket I used to separate a broody and her babies...

NOW IT HAS SPREAD UP HER FACE!!! Def not am injury as it is spreading!

It still could be an injury if the thing she is rubbing on hasn't been removed and whatever is causing it is still available to her. Can you please post a picture of her entire brooder? Worst case scenario it lets us rule out her injuring herself and we can think of other causes, best case scenario we figure out exactly what is happening and can tell you to fix it.

Can you clean all the Neosporin off and post pictures of it all clean?
