Help! bendt leg chicken ASAP

Hi my 12 week old chicken is having bendt leg show is eating and drinking and running and jumping no sign of pain but it looks severe can someone tell me what to do I really don’t want to end her life

Like you can see its bendt inwards but she walks without trouble and jumps up on high places
 
It's probably been that for awhile, maybe from she was born.
As long as she doesn't care, there no reason to worry. She's likely not in pain.
She's likely too old for it to be fixed.
Make sure she's getting proper nutrition.
 
Is there any specific food I should give nor just the normal, and do you think she can live and get old like this will it get worse?

Make sure she can reach her food and water. Feed her soft, wet chicken feed and a little bit of cooked egg each day. You can also give her 1/4 of a Super B Complex vitamin tablet daily, but make sure she mainly eats balanced chick feed.
