For the life of me, I do not know how this critter got in my live trap. Our back yard is fenced/walled off, and spaces under the fence are closed off with hardware cloth. For a long while, the only things that could get in our back yard were cats, and they had to jump.
So here is this adorable black and white "cat" that got in our trap. He's the cutest, but I need to know how to get him out of the trap without getting sprayed. Also, how did he get in our yard? I thought skunks did not climb. What is the smallest space they can squeeze through?
