Help! Bleeding silkie!

I'm starting to worry again! I think she might be doing worse, I haven't seen her eat or drink anything when I was with her for a few hours this morning and again this evening :( It's been rainy and a little chilly, so she's been in her coop, not out walking around... She can move and turn her neck, but she keeps it tucked down for the most part. And she hasn't gotten any bigger, her sister is now about 3 times her size! She's no longer bleeding and her injuries seems to be healing up really well.... but I don't know what to do now! D:
Bring her inside house for observation. Make sure she is eating and drinking. Look at her poop. Keeping her head tucked down all the time, indicates that there is a problem. You could give her some electrolytes and vitamins.

Okay I've got her inside, not interested in the food or water at all. But she is resting with her head on her back like birds do... is that a good sign at all? I've got to go to bed, but I'll be getting electrolyte packs in the morning. I also get the probiotic (I think) packets for my other chickens' water every once in a while, is that stuff any good?

Save a chick has vitamins and electrolytes and is good. Give her some scrambled egg--most chicks will devour that, and dip her beak in the water a few times. It is safer to do that than put it down the throat with a dropper. She may just be the lowest in the pecking order, and they can get picked on. It's hard work trying to baby your sick chicks and hold down a job.

Probiotics are good. She has to drink, otherwise she will become dehydrated.

I just got her to drink a good amount!

Her poop is like, light yellow? She seems pretty alert and not too weak.. I'll try to get her eating in the AM!

She liked the yogurt, ate about a tsp or two. Which, she's pretty small, so I'd say it was a good amount. She's standing and when she wanted to get down she had a little fit, doesn't seem too weak, and I saw a little, normal-looking poop! :D going to work, I'll be keeping my fingers crossed! I'll make her some eggs or something when I get back :) thank you guys! Means a lot!

Okay I got her out in the sun and she let me feed her yogurt and the electrolyte water, but she wouldn't eat any egg or eat/drink anything by herself.
She'll stand and preen herself every once in a while, but she hasn't been laying down or anything, and just stands with her head tucked for the most part.
Every once in a while, she'll walk across the pen and stand somewhere else.
She doesn't seem to be in pain when she does move her head... and she doesn't seem weak or lethargic.
I've only had her a couple weeks, but compared to what I've seen of her before, she just seems, I don't know... bored maybe.

Do you think this is something that will pass?? Should I bring her in for the night again? She's just so stinking tiny D:

P.S. is greek yogurt okay? I ran out of plain yogurt...
