Help blending flocks

Hello! I have 3 Welsh harlequin ducks who are almost a year old and 2 khaki Campbell's who are 6 weeks and ready to be added to the harlequins. The two groups have met periodically to forage on neutral ground and it has never gone great--the older ducks tend to put their heads down and chase the baby ducks, though they never made physical contact. Yesterday my husband put the baby ducks in the older ducks pen and it went terribly--the older ducks chased and separated the babies, got them on the ground, and started pulling out neck feathers.

We just don't know what to do! How can we get them all to get along? Please help!

Wait till the Ducklings stop peeping .....Remove the Drake and introduce them that way....

Should have mentioned this, they are all female. The little ducks aren't peeping any more either.

They need to live side by side with fencing in between for a while not the easiest solution but it usually works this way they get use to the new kids on the block so to speak.
