Help Bloody poop

MY chickens are 15 weeks old and i looked and the have bloody poop can they catch it from baby chickens help

Are you saying that you have chicks and older chickens? The chicks have bloody poop and you are wondering if the older chickens can catch it? I'm just trying to understand.
