Help! Bought what was called a Frizzle roo

I have a frizzled roo- silkie with cochin 3 gen back. He's an adorable fella, the only bantam in my flock. He and the big barred roo ignore each other. Don't think he's making out much with the big girls~

He looks 'silkied feathered" not frizzle.

Those are frizzled silkie feathers: have both traits. I have a few frizzled silkies.
