HELP, BRIGHT GREEN POOP

Help, I have a super sick show rooster with green water poop now for I am not sure how long. Long story short is, I live in AZ, and for almost 2 weeks we where above and beyond normal temps. I lost 2 chickens due to the heat and now I have a few little ones and my main rooster who is sick.

Could he have ate something to make his droppings that green?
He is probably suffering from the heat. It'd be good to mix 1 tspn of sugar in 1 cup of warm water and give him quite a bit of that, it should help him bounce back somewhat.
Is he eating and drinking?

Can you take him to a vet?

I'd lean towards enteritis and he's needs an antibiotic.
