Help! Brinsea advance Eco q... Filled both reservoirs from day one!

I am on day 12 of incubating button quail eggs. I have been filling up both reservoirs in my brinsea advance instead of one (every 2-3 days) am I out of hope? Or is here still a chance that they could hatch?

Additional info: I am hatching button quail which take 16-17 days. I just checked the RH and it was 70%! I assume it's been between 60-70% the whole incubation period. I took some water out, which lowered it to 55%. Am I a lost cause?

oh i have no idea i only have chickens.
