HELP!!!! broken egg

i went out to my coop and checked for eggs there was one but it was broken no yolk or anything. just the shell

Maybe you have an egg eater in your flock....

Or maybe someone was just clumsy getting in or out of the nest box. If they stepped on it and broke it, they're gonna eat it. No big deal, it doesn't mean your birds are going to go crazy and eat every egg they see...

Just to add to that:
I give my chickens dirty eggs occasionally, and they eat everything. Including the shell. Leftover shell usually indicates rodents, in my experience.
