HELP! BROODY HEN PROBLEMS

Like.... pull them off the nest, multiple times a day, for 3 weeks?
No, I would just come in at night when I fed them and take their eggs and pretty soon they had it all figured out that they couldn't sit the, and gave up.

Thanks for all the replies.
I have always just pulled my girls off and taken the eggs. It sounds kind of harsh, but after 3 weeks or so, they are done with this fad and never sit diligently again.
This technique sounds good but once we move to our new house I want her to be able to go broody there. Will she want to sit after this experience?

That's what I did to my hen and she was broody a couple more times. Not for a while though.
