Help broody hen with wry neck!

I have a Broody silkie hen with Wry neck! She hatched 1 chick 2 day's ago but this morning I discovered the Hen now has Wry Neck but other chick hasn't hatched yet! I'm not sure what to do I'm new at this! Please help.. Also should state she's had wry neck before so I know how to treat that! But I don't know what to do with the chick or unhatched egg???..
