HI! I am so sorry about the foot! I just for back into town and got my emails. Looks like you have done everything you can. Keep it very clean, I mean clean. That looks like an infection waiting to happen. For Merry I used the lining for drawers that is made of rubber as flooring. They can grip nicely and you can actually see the poop and it is not in the straw. soap and water is what you need to use only. Do not use anything with a numbing agent. Just use an anti bacterial ointment. The problem that I see is that the toe is dangling from what I can see and that is tendon and bone. If you can manage to do it you need to spread the foot out as it is when they step and splint it that way with vet tape. Click on the link below to see how they do it. Use the soft tape that would be used for humans or vet wrap that is self adhesive. Not sports tape!

20 mg of aspirin can help for pain. They only sell the 80 baby aspirin so cut those into 4. I hope this helps.
