Help! Can’t figure out what is wrong

I’ve posted a few threads, my girl has wry neck and an ear infection. I’ve been tube feeding her kaytee exact and water. She seemed to feel a little better once I cleaned her ear out but is barely waking up again and just laying down. She just pooped and it looks like this! It’s been brown mushy but it looks like a piece of grass and mucus this time? Does anyone have any idea? All of my other ones are fine she’s the only one that’s sick. I’ve been giving her nutridrench 1x day and vitamin e capsules 2x day. I planned on giving her about a week more but I’m not sure now with this weird poop.
