How are you able to tell? I know they say eye color but after I look at 1 bird their eyes all look the sameI think 4, 5, and 6, are males....
1 and 3 look like females but not 100% sure

The Ruffed pheasants (Goldens and Lady Amherst) can be sexed from day one by looking to see if the tear drop is present, if it is then it's male, if not then it's female.I'm learning.... slowly
Thank you I know this sounds ridiculous but I'm not sure where the tear drop is I have been looking and I'm not sure I looking in the right spot .... can you circle it ???They are all males! Notice the 'tear drop' (wattles) below the eye, indicates male.
