Help! Can hens crow?

I am a brand new chicken owner, we picked up 2 in may. My 8 week old white leghorn has made me question whether she was a roo or not from early on. "She" grew very fast and has always been the dominant one. The last couple of mornings when I open the run, she seems to be crowing??? Please let me know what you think, I had never heard of hens crowing, but after some research I guess that it is possible especially with the more dominant hens when no rooster is present. I attached a video of this morning.

It's fairly rare but yes they can.

It's hard to get any good looks on my phone but that video looks pretty roo like. The leghorn in my profile picture has very little wattle and a fairly small comb and she is 16 weeks.
