help! for some reason I cannot click on my inbox... it says I have 2 messages, but I cannot even check it. I have refreshed my browser and computer... no results.

Clear your browser history and reboot then try again.

Refreshing the page may not help. Clear it then shut the computer down and restart it, is what I meant.
