Help, cant get heat lamp

Muscovy ducks are good mothers. I’m not sure why you were taking the eggs from her, but I’m sure you had your reasons. The next time, you shouldn’t have an issue with her hatching herself. She might have gotten messed up because of interference, or just first time hiccups.

we took the eggs away because she had made her nest in a high spot and we were worried they might fall

I just ordered a heat lamp and bulbs off Amazon on Friday and received them Monday. You may be able to get one from there.

I'm from Spain, only feed stores are open and no heat lamps.

You are FROM Spain, or you are IN Spain? You feed stores have no heat lamps? How about other chick warming solutions, do they have anything else?

You can try asking the local feed store to order one in for you.

My heat lamp burnt out and I put an oil-type space/room heater near the brooder, they seemed ok with that. I think as long as they're warm enough and the heat source is safe they don't care what it is.
