i have a problem loading photos to the forum now i used to not have a problem i go as far as selecting pictures but this pops up ""unable to complete previous operations due to low memory"" and its the only time i get this message is on BYC. i emptied all my subscriptions took all photos off my cell cleare caches deleted other things. but it made no difference. does anyone know whats the deal?

i have a samsung 3g android cell.
i use google crome and it updates. regular.
i deleted all photos on cell.
i cleared all updates except internt.
i cleaned out cashe.
i would try and send a snap shot if it would upload however not sure how that even works on a cell.
i could upload email no problem with that.
i have seen it so many times trying to explain it and get help or just trying different ways to fix that i can explain it.
its an orange yellow half inch bar that comes up at the bottom of my screen the words; unable to complete previous operations due to low memory.
then there is a spot to X it out or off screen to the right and on the left of this frase a tryangl that has ! that in the middle.
there are no numbers for error.
i have even gone and used desktop version to try and post pics but same thing pops up.
i tried deleting the albums or pictures in the desktop side of BYC yet my cell has a hard time working in that zone on top of i cant figure out how to delet them.
any ideas as what to do?

We've escalated this to our engineers to look into.
When you say you tried to use the "desktop version" do you mean you tried from your phone or from a desktop computer?
Do you know the size of the image?

As an experiment, `resize' image to: 600x600 & 40KB. Then try again.
Don't know what editing program you're using: Irfanview (with the jpg plugin) is free and will allow you to manipulate both dimensions & file size pretty seamlessly. http://www.irfanview.com/
