Help! Chick breathing through mouth! Watery poops

Thank you so much for the reply it’s always much appreciated!Aflac is a condo duck lol but his younger is white I know he has white pee and poop a lot lately same as about 6 months ago but his breathing sounds like a bull now like it’s not normal I checked his throat and nostrils to see if he was clogged up or anything but noI know he was diagnosed with a tiny hole in his trachea last year and the vet told me he was going to die eventually nice right ?! But hole he was

I was told that if he has any other ducks around he would attack them He’s extremely jeolous and full grown I’m moving into a house with a yard I would love nothing more Aflac is always in the back of his cage now when I have the cage open which is always he comes always by my feet when I’m getting ready for work he comes Flying out of there faster than any bird you’ve ever seen to make sure that he is always by my side goes to me in the kitchen comes in the bathroom with me when I take a shower and now he staying in his cage a lot and I know he doesn’t feel good because he never does that is totally abnormal his tongue is white and I’m trying to take pictures of them but he hates my phone he comes charging at me like a bull

Seems to me respiratory infection cause recently my rooster tootoo have it I use enrofloxacin 10% for 4 days 0.2 ml direct in his mouth now he's very fine no sneezing no breathing issue only just his gut gets upset a bit I'm using probiotics now

Do I get that at a doctor

No not dusty I sweep and mop a good three times a day lol I wish god gave them the muscle in there behind to control there 24/7 baul movement
