help chick didnt absorb their yolk!!

so i had an egg peep yesterday i noticed early this morning that it still did not make it out and i took a look and noticed that he was stuck and the sack was dry so i helped him out and it looks great but on its bottom the yolk is dried what do i do? will it come of on its own? should i give it back to their mom to fix it? please help!!!!

I had that problem yesterday, but it wasn't dried. I wrapped the shell and baby up to it's neck in a warm wet/damp cloth and put it back in the bator in a way it couldn't struggle out of the shell. It absorbed in about 12 hours. I don't know if getting the humidity up and a wet cloth will dampen a dried yolk enough so it can absorb. It can't hurt to try.
