HELP! CHICK DYING

One of my baby silkies has stopped eating and drinking, is smaller than the rest and is now not standing up and just making a weird clicking noise when breathing. I have tried to give water and nothing is working! She is about 3 weeks old.

There might be a breathing or heart problem. I once had a 2 week old with a leaking air sac on one side from an injury. Do you notice any air under the skin around her back or neck? I would try to give some poultry Nutridrench a few drops orally, or SaveAChick electrolytes in water with a dropper.
