Help! Chick got attacked

She's separated, but I noticed her poop has a little blood in it...could that be from stress or from pecking at the wound?

It is not from her pecking at the wound. If she were to swallow blood it would get digested.

Ok se has pooped several times since and no blood. They are on medicated feed, so I'm just keeping a close eye on her. I put the smallest of the chicks in with her and she really perked up. So far, no pecking!! Fingers crossed!
