If it's still flopping have you tried like band aid/toothpick splint? Picture snow shoes. Does this chick accept water or food from you currently?

No but I'll try it. She's only a few hours old so I haven't taken it out of the incubator to try food and water.

Ok awesome! Since it's only a few hours leave the incubator closed and let's give this chick and the rest a great chance! The chick can go up to 3 days without food or water (but still provide it in there lol). So you have plenty of time to see if this chick prospers before you have to resort to the sad shotglass method. Heh
