HELP! CHICK IS DYING!

My golden sebright chick is not doing well. I'm doing skin to skin with it and am giving it sugar water. I got it because it was not acting well so I wanted to try and save it. Where should I keep it tonight? It can't be under my shirt while I sleep! (I wish it could)
I really need help soon.

I've saved other chicks doing skin to skin. It's sleepy, and keep a its eyes closed.
