The only symptom is 'sleepy'? anything else at all? Put it back in it's brooder,
Sleepiness is a sign that it could be too cold.
what do you feed your chicks? What's the brooder like and temperature? What's the bedding? Any sign of injury or constipation?

Make sure she has access to food and water. Do you have Nutri-Drench handy?

Do you have electrolytes and probiotics? That would probably help if the chick is weak. I give ducklings this when they first hatch, it gives them a good boost. I get the brand Save-A-Chick!

They have electrolytes! I've also been giving her sugar water and honey watar.

Is she walking? I would put her under a heat lamp, if you hold her up to it that would be good!
