So... she's lethargic? Has she been this way since you got her? What are the other chicks doing?

The other chicks are acting normal they peck her a lot though. She has normal poop.

She needs to go under the heating lamp or whatever you have.

Put her back under the heat lamp and see if she does better. You may just need to let her warm up and sleep for a while, and then check in on her again to see how she's doing and go from there.

Yes, get her under heat immediately. Focus on, first, trying to get her warmed up. Make sure that her heat lamp is where it is supposed to be so that she doesn’t continue to freeze. Hopefully that’s all this is, but until you get her warmed up again, we won’t know.

I'd say put under heat lamp and monitor her. Little cgicks do tend to be pretty sleepy as newborns but other than that I don't know what's wrong with her.

It needs to be around 30°C in the brooder (or under the brooder plate if you have one)
New chicks are usually very sleepy especially if you travelled with her. Get her some heat and electrolyle water. If she's still weak you can give her some scrambled eggs.
