HELP CHICK IS SCRATCHING WINGS TILL SHE BLEEDS!!!

I have four Rhode Island reds I got from a feed shop one is smaller than the others and she is easily picked on. Recently the chicks have been pecking at her that she is bleeding from both wings on the underside. She also has pasty butt and I think that's the reason there pecking at her I occasionally have to use warm water to take it off so the others don't peck at her but it still happens.

Please separate this chick before the others kill her. When chickens see blood they keep on pecking. Give her a chance to heal. Now that spring is coming, you also have to keep her safe from flies. The resulting maggots will be much worse than what she is going through now.
