Help! Chick pipped 48 hours ago, with no progress.

Hello! This is my first hatch, and the first egg to pip did it 48 hours ago. It appears as if part of the chick is somehow hanging out of the egg, and it hasn’t made progress yet. All of the other chicks have hatched already. The egg pipped on the bottom (the eggs are on their side, it pipped on the side facing the incubator floor). I have not opened the incubator at all. Should I assist? Should I just let nature take it’s course? Should I wait longer? I am on day 22. I attached a picture, but the egg and other chicks are sadly in a way where it’s not a very good one. Should I do that in the bathroom and put the shower on before so the humidity doesn’t drop, and the chick doesn’t get shrink wrapped?
