HELP! Chick Problems

Not looking good for another one. She started looking not so good last night. Gave her vitamins and now she's looking real bad. The other one looks the same but more lively maybe.

How hot do you have it in your brooder?
Can you post a picture of your whole brooder?

Place your food/water on the coolest side, make sure that chicks have room to get away from the heat.
Photos of the poop and chicks without the red light would be helpful as well.

One is gone and the other one looks like this. She twists her head back like that all day long. Also when I clean out there coop she runs backwards. Unlike the other baby's in there with her.(The birds with her have all there vaccines, she never had a meriks shot)

The other ones look real good. I've separated the birds. Just in case the other one has a disease.

Have you given the one that runs backwards and twists the head any vitamin therapy?
400IU Vitamin E daily along with 1/4tablet crushed human B-Complex. Give her some scrambled egg with her chick starter.

The symptoms you describe is Wry Neck which is a neurological condition (symptom). Sometimes vitamins will help - some other causes would be genetics, disease like Marek's and head injury.
If you have been giving the vitamins as described in the previous posts this whole time, then I would say that it's like Mareks. The only way to know for sure would be to have testing done if you lose her.

Thank you. I'll try vitamin B also.
