Help! Chick skulls exposed

Hello I raise gamebirds as many know I had an incident with some 2 month old chicks i noticed thy were fighting and I separated them in pairs and when I went back to check one pair was fighting and his skull is now exposed how can I treat him I gave him some vitamins and used triple antibiotic on his wound but hes pretty bad he is normal very active interested in food and water running and all but I'm scared he may succumb to his injuries

Sponge his head with water to clean it up. Obviously be VERY CAREFUL.

I cleaned up as much as I could with a damp cloth

Yeah he does have eyelids still he's missing half his head though I've treated worse but ofc there were bigger birds with excess skin to work with
