Help! Chick swollen neck and head stuck on back!

Much much much better! I really thought it wasnt going to make it yesterday but he/shes has improved so much. I think the yolk is absorbed now, I just dont know how much longer I should wait until I feed it. I'm not going to put it with the other chicks just yet, I dont want them to pick on it. He/she needs to get stronger before that. Also should I lower the humidity in the incubator? hes not fluffing up very well, or maybe that's just how hes gonna look for a while? Poor little ugly "duckling" :jumpy I'm sure it will be a lot cuter in a few days though lol
Do you feel the others will pick on her?
If she can move around and walk on her own, I would try putting her with the other chicks, just monitor her closely. I would also provide her with food/water (if she goes in the brooder, usually they watch and pick up what other chicks are doing, but watch to see if she makes an effort).
I would also get some poultry vitamins into her. Poultry Nutri-Drench would be good - give 2-3 drops twice a day.

I put her in the brooder and the other chicks started pecking her immediately but they were just pecking at her beak, and wings she learned extremely quick and started standing up for herself and pecked them right back! Shes kind of a bully now, I was worried for nothing! She chirped for a while but finally settled down and started following the other chicks and learning from them.

Sounds like she's doing good!

Have you seen her eating and drinking? I would watch for that.
If she were mine, I would still give her some extra vitamins for 2-3 days.

It wouldn't hurt to put vitamins in the water for all your chicks once a week, but for her I would still give her a direct dose for a few days.

Where are the other chicks? In the brooder w/heat? You should be keeping it with the others, maybe add it when without them knowing so they don't see it as an intruder. Put out feed, to entice it to eat tap your finger in the dish but if it's with the other they'll show it. Keep close eye when added ... Chickens are social and do better with others.
