Help! Chick with sack still not absorbed hatched

So I have a chick that hat hatched that still has a sack about the size of a dime hanging from it's abdomen. The yolk sac? What do I do if anything? Do chicks like this usually make it?

Well that chick absorbed it's yolk sac, but I just came home to one a good bit worse... Dragging behind it and burst. I tied it off, let's hope it was the right choice! It was a very lively chick, but the sac was about an inch long. I figured, having already burst, and the chick constantly stepping on it, tying it off would give the chick a better chance.

It died it had pulled more of it's gut out. Maybe better luck next time!
