Help chicked with a swolen wing and is making whistling sounds while breathing!!!!!

Hello I am new to BYC.My chicken has a big swollen circle on her wing and sometimes she makes a whistling sound while she is breathing.If you need pictures I will add them.I just want my little girl to be healthy.

It is squishy and warm to the touch

This same thing appeared on one of our chickens last year and he died.We still don't know what it is.

Thank you I don't know if I cant cut into her and I am not sure if any chicken treating vets are near but I will do what I can to save her.
