Help!!! Chicken can't walk and is shaking

One of my chickens (who already can't walk very well due to the fact that she was attacked by a raccoon when she was a chick) is now sitting down most of the time. When she tries to walk she usually falls down and can only stand for short periods of time. She's also a bit shakey and her face and comb are an unusually bright red color. I noticed this early this morning. Can someone plz help and give me some advice on how to treat her?

Thank you, and she is about a year and a half years old

Has she ever laid? If so how long since?

 

[Squiddie]

I'm not sure when the last time she laid was, I usually don't see them when they lay because I'm away from the house a lot

how is her weight?
is her abdomen swollen or puffy, water filled feeling?

 

[Squiddie]

No, her abdomen feels normal and she hasn't gained or lost any weight from what I can tell. Although she's doing a little bit better now. She's walking around more but she still sits down most of the time.

Is it wicked hot where you are? They are wicked lazy when it's hot out

It's a bit hot yes, because it's the end of summer. But she is doing a lot better now
