Help! Chicken Gasping For Air

OK, I am going to give you my BEST guess with your girl and that's all this is, is a guess.
Now, let me start by saying that IF it is a respiratory disease, some of them, despite the fact that you treat her and she gets well, will cause her to be a carrier of this disease the rest of her life, can get it again and potentially spread it to your other birds. Just so you know that. If your flock is closed, it's OK.
IF it's her heart, I honestly don't think there is anything you can do to help her.
IF it's a respiratory illness-most can be treated with antibiotics. They come in powder form(which you add to their drinking water-Terramyacin, Duramyacin and Auramyacin work well). If she's not drinking, you will have to give her a shot of Tylan-really good stuff.
I know there is a disease caused from drinking dirty water, but darn it, I can't find it.
I wish I could pinpoint what's going on with her, but the gasping can be caused by several things-a couple of which you ruled out.

A lot of the respiratory illnesses do cause them to be carriers-NOT ALL.
I would never tell anyone to cull their flock-that is a 100% personal decision.
If you keep your flock closed(don't buy/sell birds) there is no reason to cull.
You're not even sure if it is a respiratory illness-I certainly wouldn't make that decision without knowing.
That is only my opinion.
If the hen we are talking about in this thread passes, send her body to your state lab for testing-they'll do a necropsy to see what happened to her.

Alright. But if I have to I will cull them because I don't want them to suffer, any more, or begin. Also, Those were just going to be for breeding I have a HUGE flock of my personal chickens. So what would you do, if you have a 8 sick chicks pullets, they are still peeping:D and they were sick with the same thing mine are, what would you do?

Honestly, it all depends on what you're dealing with.
If you lose one, seriously, get a necropsy done on it-then there can be no question and you'll know exactly what to do that is best for you and your flock.
It would be a hard call for me to make-I love my birds and I would probably close my flock. You asked what I would do, doesn't mean that's what's best for you.

I just don't know what to do

At this moment-you don't have to make a decision.
Find out what you are dealing with before you stress yourself. Treat your girl and keep her isolated.
It'll be OK-she may have something totally different going on than the chicks.
Something you should be able to do is call the State Vet in your state and ask them to come do a test of your birds-they will in most states(it's a blood test). Explore your options first.
