**HELP** Chicken has a bald spot!!

My chicken has a bald spot right at the end of her tail. You can see her skin and it's light red. Her feathers are brocken too. Does she have mites or is she being picked on? Please help.

Your picture does not work. If you look closely at her vent, you should be able to see mites. What do you feed your hens
