Help! Chicken has red scabs in both ears

Has anyone ever experienced this? Her ears also look a little swollen, she has red crusty blood on both of them. What do I do? She is 12 weeks old. I’m worried about her. You may notice some blood on her beak, she ran herself into hardware cloth right before I took this photo.

Inspect closely in and around the exterior of the swollen ears for lice or mites. It's possible she may have ear mites and they are irritating her. Then she mightve scratched the area causing a break in skin that caused an infection. You can pull back the flap that covers her ear canal and if you see small black specs, it's mites or mites feces. Mites can be smothered with neosporin ointment or vaseline.
Another possibility is that she might be getting pecked on by other birds.
