If the crack is easy to see and runs on the beak itself and not up into the skin, I'd be tempted to splint it tomorrow if possible, with a helper and a big fluffy bath towel for wrapping the chicken snugly.
Clean the beak gently with the saline. Dry. ( A blow dryer on cool setting hurries this along.)
A clean unused tea bag can be cut open and emptied out . Cut a few thin strips of this " fabric". You'll have to eyeball the length.
Crazy glue is available in tubes and pens and also in a bottle with a brush like the kind that is in a nail polish bottle. If you can't find that kind a very small clean craft paintbrush could be used.
Paint a small amount of the glue on the beak. Then with tweezers, press the small strip of tea bag "fabric" over the glue. Let it dry for a minute or two then apply another coat of the glue on top. You can cross cross if you need to. Let dry. This might take several minutes. Use the blow dryer on the cool setting for drying. A clean nail file can be used to file away any sharp edges.
Best wishes to you and your poor girl.
