My Barred Rock is doing fine. However... my Easter Egger seems to have it, and it's worse. I'm not sure if it's the same thing though.
I noticed her eye closed so I gave her the same sterile eye drops as with my other chicken. But she seems to be acting weird. The Barred Rock acted the same as usual when she had it, but my Easter Egger is just sitting in the shade and not going with the other chickens (not yet lethargic). I'm getting worried that she'll start acting lethargic.
In case it's an infection that could spread, I cleaned my coop and sprayed it with Poultry Protector. I'm also going to make that solution that WyorpRock mentioned once I'm done typing this. If she's doing worse later on, I'll try to do something more, like maybe separate her from the others and let her rest.
I really don't know what this is! The only things that I can think of are that windy day and my neighbors moved their chicks outside a week or two ago. I just hope no other chickens will get it...
Should I do anything different?
