I came outside to one of my chickens laying down and hardly moving... turns out she has white, foul smelling diarrhea & bleeding (i think from skin irritation.

So far I have separated her from the rest of my hens, feeding her electrolyte/probiotic supplemented water... my task now is how to clean her. I have no idea how to go about this as I have never experienced this before. Please help!

Welcome To BYC

How old is she?

Is the bleeding coming from the vent? Any photos?

Foul smelling white discharge and possibly bleeding from the vent, makes me think prolapse or possibly a very bad case of Vent Gleet.

Place her in a tub of warm soapy water and clean her up. It's easier to see the vent and what's going on with the feathers wet. Clean her very well. Take a look at the vent - is it protruding (prolapsed). Check the skin around the vent as well for any signs of skin breakage/wounds.
