Help! Chickens Pecking Each Other, Drawing Blood and Infections!!!!

Food and space looks good from what I can tell. That means the why is still unknown.
Is there a hen that doesn't seem to be on the receiving end of the picking? Wondering if you have a true bully and her copycat friends.
There are two of my black stars that don't seem to have any bald spots whatsoever, and we have seen them peck others. I've noticed 4 of my birds have been aggressive since they were in the brooder, and 2 of them got eaten by coyotes, so it's just those 2 left.

Hi! I've got 13 chickens, 5 black stars, 5 red stars, 3 Americanas, all hens. They have a pretty decent-sized coop, along with flock blocks. We let them outside to free-range a few days a week. But ever since they started growing their new feathers when they were young, I've had pecking problems with them. Now they've been laying for a few months, and it's only gotten worse. A couple months ago, I had a red star who got pecked very badly on the vent. It got an infection with white ooze coming out of its vent. I separated it till it healed, spraying no-pick and anticeptic spray. It healed pretty good, and we re-introduced it to the flock. Fast-forward a couple months later, it's got the infection again, (it's been getting pecked too, despite my efforts to spray no-pick) along with my 3 americanas, all who have bare backs at the moment, and my red stars who are starting to lose feathers on their backs from pecking. Even my black stars (I think there are 2 that are the bullys, I've had problems with them pecking their eggs) have been losing some feathers. I've also noticed that they like to eat the fluffy feathers on their underside. It seems a little better when they are outside the coop free ranging, as they have space to spread out. But whenever they get close they start pecking again. I'm really not sure what to do at this point, as despite my best efforts, they keep on pecking each other, and the problems are only going to get worse...
Feathers are high in protein- one reason they will start eating them- good to get some mealworms in there, alter the protein in their food for a little while....
Pecking each other is usually a stress thing- competition for food: can spread out the food sources (bowls, thrown, etc) so they spead out to eat and don't look at eachother so much, have food contantly avail in different forms and places. The coyotes/predators can also be playing a part on their stress... Your coop and run look good: can also put a Chunnel (chicken tunnel) leading off of it too for an interesting way for them to get more space, sunbathe, etc... without being out, if needed. More space is ALWAYS good. Solution could be as simple as extending your run/ more run space. Boredom-busters are good too: Large branches and swings in the run, high-hides in and out of run... pecking block. Mites would be around the vent and evident around the base of any feathers, rough scaled feet can be a clue too. Diatomaceous Earth is always a good start solution- on their roosting bars/branches, bedding (may kill compost cultures however), etc. A good handy Apron on the girls help too.
Removing the trouble-makers is also a handy solution to restart them on the 'ladder'.
I have 23 chickens, 10 geese, 5 ducks, and 1 turkey.... #1st- space is key for harmoney. 2nd- spread feed out, no one hungry works best for me (they eat together- outside of run! to reduce rats and fighting!) 3rd: love DE and soft flooring- no mites or bumblefoot.

Hope this helps :D
