Help! Chickens with bare necks!

I have two easter eggers whose neck are bare. We have two hens that have feather picking habit. What do I do?

How much space do they share with how many other birds?

It was just the muffs and beards but now it is going down alot farther.

They get 20 percent protein feed from a local feed mill. They have a big coop. They also have a large pen.

I have researched pinless peepers but our hens nostrils are narrow and it is hot and dusty here.
